Okay.. This car was my cousins.. He's in Germany on leave and gavve me his car. Thing is, it sat for a year and had a 4 year old battery. At first, we jumped the car (took a couple times) and drove it for a while. parked it. jumped it the next day again. (started up after a couple tries again, seemed like the terminal itself had to be in a certain position in order for it to start.) started up, drove it for about 9 miles... Now it's parked in my driveway and we can't get it to start for nothing. We changed the battery terminal, we got a brand new battry. The lights and radio in the car will not light up.. but the break lights do and the hazards... we tried jump starting it, but got no luck. can someone please give me some advice? could it be the connection from the battery to the starter? I'm not sure where to go from here.
