1999 honda accord headlight problem?

Hi. my car is 1999 Honda accord. for the last couple of days all of a sudden my front low beam lights are not working properly. the light on the left headlight glows very low and the the right light is too bright. can anyone tell me whats wrong with the lights and where should i go to fiz this and how much might this cost. the left headlight glows very low. thanks everyone.
the left headlight glow very low and the right headlight glows too bright
