You fail to say if it is carburetored or fuel injected. You also fail to say whether it will rev or not.
But it sounds like a slow gas supply to me. Kinked hose or clogged filter. Or faulty fuel pump.
It sounds like 15 minutes of gasoline in the float bowl. The engine stalls, the float bowls refill, and the bike will run again. That's if it is carburetored.
If it is fuel injected, you need to double check all the peripherals. Then haul it to a shop for diagnostics. Examine your plugs for lean burning. Check air filter for rat's nest. Make sure exhaust pipes are free of restrictions.
