1999 ford taurus loud noise?

my 1999 ford t is making a loud noise starting at about 30 mph and gets louder the faster i drive........but from 40 to 60 it stays about the same ............it doesnt get worst turning r or l so i dont think its a wheel bearing............jacked car up cv joints seem ok..........i have
put car in neutral at about 50 mph and noise stays the same any ideas????

already...........like i said dont think its a wheel bearing sound dosnt change when turning
right or left
