first, lights on the dash panel started going out. now only 2 light up when i turn them on (enough to see only mph), now it's giving me trouble when i go to start it: i'll turn the key and nothing will happen until i release the parking brake. as the parking brake is released with the ignition turned to the start position, it will start. is this common? any suggestions?
