Well, I'm having a great evening. The explorer runs like crap like it is over loaded with fuel. While on the gas it seems fine but once idling or de-accelerating it completely loads up and spits and sputters. Any ideas? My problems continued when I arrived home as the spring decided to snap leaving me outside in the 20* weather here in ND and then the hood latch it didn't want to release. FML Any ideas on the Explorer before I get a chance in the daylight to dig into things? Sensor, ignition, fuel system or converter? PS - No, check engine light present.
My problems continued when I arrived home as the spring decided to snap ON THE GARAGE DOOR. lol I'm out running around in it again now and the check engine light has come one. Hopefully it remains on until morning when I can get my hands on a scanner.
