1999 dodge dakota clicking noise what could it be?

i got a 1999 dodge dakota 5.2L 5spd and once the truck is warmed up and only when im driving i hear a clicking noise coming from the transmision/transfercase area, when i hear it i move closer and lower down by the bottom of the shifter and can hear the clicking noise better, but it only does it once warmed up so is there something wrong or is it nothing to worry about??
 
Did you ever find out what caused this? I have a '94 4x4 with an automatic does the same thing.
