i have a 1999 Chrysler 300M, when ever i turn the heat or air conditioning on there is a loud squeaky noise (kinda like when a belt is going out). i'm not sure what it is, i haven't had anyone look at it yet, i was hoping to fix it myself.... any suggestions?
