1999 Chevy Blazer seems like it's stuck in 4wheel drive?

I just bought a 99 chevy blazer that had drivers side front, and the passenger side windows (3 total) broken out and it sat where moisture/snow could get in. I got it to start and everything seems fine, but none of the 4wheel lights are on (auto, 2hi, 4high, 4low) and when I drive it seems like it's in 4wheel low and it won't shift to another gear. Any ideas what the problem could be? I checked the 4 wheel drive fuse and it's fine.
 
Do you have push button 4wd or the shifter on the floor? If its the push button, I'd look at the switch, it may be shorting out due to moisture. If its on the floor I'd check the linkage going to the transfer case. It could be broken or the bushings could be warn.
