Here are the symptoms:

hard starting, takes a few seconds of constant cranking
spits and sputters occasionally when stopping
when i turned right into a parking lot the engine shutoff, power to radio was on but powersteering was gone with a dead engine. shut it off and it started right up
security light comes on when i put the key in the ignition and wont crank till 3 minutes later when the light goes out

things i have done:
replaced plugs and wires
new starter
new ignition modules
new 02 sensors
oil changed regularly with royal purple

Any ideas? anyone have this problem? i dont want to just start replacing sensors. thanks
sry ive replaced the injectors and an entire fuel rail with fuel pressure regulator
and ive replaced fuel filter

it could be the security system ,does you ignition key have a pellet in it,if it does it is a pass key problem get to the dealer they can check it out better than you throwing parts at it

Ever get the feeling you don't know what you're doing? A motor miss, 02 sensors, and an ignition module all would have set codes and the ses light would be on telling you to have the car scanned. If the car is cranking the motor over the starter is working fine.
If there are no codes, chances are the problem is fuel related. A common problem that does not throw a code is a bad fuel pressure regulator. The symptoms sound like what you have going on. To check it the easy way with out doing a fuel pressure test, which I recommend doing, is to pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator and checking for gas in the vacuum line and regulator. The diaphragm goes bad and leaks causing the fuel pressure to be off spec.
I don't know what's up with the security light but I'm sure you would save money by having a GM Tech diagnose the problem before you throw more cash at it with parts you don't need.
