1999 Buick Park Avenue repairs (window defogger and wiper motor)?

How much is the cost to repair the rear window defogger? The defogger doesn't work. I suspect a wire is loose and need it fixed. I live in a northern climate.

Also how much is the cost to repair a windshield wiper motor since the fluid does not disperse?
