1999 buick lesabre series 2 3800 engine 68000 miles. sometimes car dies and will not restart foe about 10 minutes. while it is having the no start condition, the power windows are also inoperable. dash lights, heater, radio, outside lights all continue to work the whole time. when car does restart after a few minutes the power windows will also work fine. since i can unplug the bcm and the car still runs and the windows still work, i thought i would try the ignition switch. no luck. what should i try next?
