D dkjc New member Oct 12, 2009 #1 On 1999 LeSabre's when you pull out the lap belt on the drivers side,does it make a clicking sound when it retracts so you know it's locked? Does anybody have a 1999 Buick LeSabre that they can check it out for me? I would appreciate it so much!!!
