1999 Acura 3.2TL Constantly Stalls Suddenly?

I have a 1999 Acura 3.2TL that stalls suddenly. It happens while driving on a highway at a constant speed both with cruise control on and off. It also happens while driving in the city, both while driving and at stop lights. Also, the check engine light is on. The Acura Dealer checked car and said code indicated a bad catalytic converter. The dealer changed the converter and the light came back with the same code after a few days, so the dealer replaced it a second time. The dealer also replaced the PGMFI main relay assembly. The check engine light came on again and the car still stalls. The dealer said the car checks out okay but can't seem to find the cause. Has anyone else had this problem or have suggestions as to what may be the cause?
 
because the dealer has started the repairs i would go back and fallow up with them and see if they can find the problem. i have not seen a dtc that condems the catalitic converter itself yet. i have seen codes that state low efficiency but that does not mean that the cat is dead yet. since you should be heading back and because the check engine light is on, ask to see the whole list of codes tat the computer is spitting out. something just does not add up.
