I have had my automatic 98 mustang gt for a year now.
Every time I take corners hard and push hard on the gas, drift, or do donuts while pushing the gas hard it makes this loud whine sound for anywhere from 4 hours to 4 days. Sometimes the sound goes away quicker but if I really did some crazy stuff (abuse) then it makes the sound for a few days.
What is the sound and why does it do this? If sucks when I pull in parking lots and people ask why my car is making that sound! How can I keep my car from making this sound when i drift? I see plenty of other cars drift and do donuts and they dont make this wierd sound. Any help?
