...petal. All electrical restarts? I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Sometimes when I go to start it, it will stall out, and I will have to restart it keeping my foot on the gas pedal. It will continue to stall until I get it into drive and up to about 10mph. When this happens, all of my electrical resets. (clock, radio, etc). This seems to happen more when its damp or has been raining. Seems like my battery isn't charging like it should also. As of today, when I try to use my keyless entry all of the doors unlock except for the drivers. When I try to lock it from the inside panel using the ALL DOOR LOCK button, it still doesn't lock but all of the others do. I can't take it to a shop, because every time I do these things don't happen, and they cannot diagnose the problem. My engine is 6.0. Any suggestions or similar problems? Thanks!! Also I don't know if this is related but sometimes when I accelerate the jeep will hesitate and click in the front end and I will have to let off of the gas, and then resume acceleration.

Its probably bad connections at the battery or a bad battery. The reasons it runs badly when it does start is because the computer which controls all your engine controls has what is called adaptive memory.Everytime the power is disconnected the computer has to relearn how to make the engine run correctly. That takes a mile or two.As a professional thats my best guess with the info supplied.
