1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited gauges not working?

The gauges in my 98 Jeep grand cherokee limited recently stopped working. The lights on the cluster come on, but the gauges don't work. I have checked all the fuses in the engine bay and on the passenger side kick panel. I was told that there was another fuse under the instrument cluster, but I have not been able to find it. Any input is appreciated.
