1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee gauges quit working?

Ok guys I am really stumped here. My Jeep had been sitting for a while (about 3-4 weeks) and I recently decided to start driving it again. So I pulled it out of its spot (everything was working correctly, battery was just dead so I charged it). The next day it wouldn't start period. ended up being the ECU, and a bad battery, so I replaced them both and everything was working fine. The next day I came out to start it and the battery was dead. Charged it up and now the gauges don't work. The lights on the cluster come on when I turn the key like they're supposed to and the oil pressure gauge just barely moves. No gas/volts anything. Started it up and still no gauges working except for the slight movement of the oil pressure gauge. The normal lights are on (abs and the fuel low because the gauge is not working). I'm stumped here folks. So far I have replaced the battery, ECU, and the BCM. Any advice is appreciated. Oh and one more thing, the courtesy lights in the floorboard stay on all the time. The dome lights are unhooked so I'm not sure about them.

Here is a video of my jeep and what it is doing exactly: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cO4g57SPKs4

Also I was told this could be a bad ground on the back of the block? where can I find this wire?
