1998 Honda CR-V EX.. Acting up when I let it sit for 2.5 hours, Coded Upstream O2

Sensor Can this be the issue? Well, basically what happens here is, I have been having some problems with the car intermittently running rough, but I have only noticed it when the car sits for about 2-3 hours. Any longer, or any less, it is fine. The car ONLY acts up when it sits for 2-3 hours.. I noticed this today, I took a break about 3 hours into my shift at work and went to the 7-11 to get something.. Well, the car stalled 8-9 times on the way, started VERY hard when going out of the 7-11, and bucked so hard my coffee flew out of the cup holder. I noticed it runs rough, stalls, getting poor gas mileage and there is a distinct gas smell to it when it acts up. But, the car does not do this when it has been sitting overnight when I start it in the morning, the entire commute to work it runs amazing. Neither does this happen at night, when I get off my shift and drive it home.. Could this be something else other than the Upstream O2 Sensor? OR will replacing this more than likely resolve the issue? I have noticed some intermittent stalling and uneven idle with it as well, but this only happens when sitting for long periods of time.. Any help would be appreciated greatly as I currently work 70 hours a week, because I need the money, and I have no time to deal with this.. so if anyone can help me out, get this car back to running good.. Great :)
