About 2 months ago i took my honda in to a mechanic to have some work done on it including the installation of a new radiator. About 2 weeks or so after getting it back i noticed my temperature gauge was beginning to read hotter than the normal 1/2 way reading (about 3/4 the way or higher, but never went into the red/overheating zone). I quickly took my car back in and they said there wasn't enough cooling agent which they gladly replenished. Since then my car was running perfectly for about a month and a half until recently the same problem started occurring yet again. I took it in to the same shop and they said the cooling agent levels were right were they should be and the fans were kicking in at the proper times and did not know why it would be reading hotter than normal. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks!
Oh ya, and the hotter readings only occur when I am idle at say a stop light or sign, and typically go back down to normal level when i accelerate or when the car is in motion.
