Both of my "running lights" or "dome lights" are out. I am responsible for this problem. I had removed my headliner myself, and tried disconnecting all the wires. The problem lies where I made a mistake and touched this weird RED wire onto some terminal on top of the light circuit, and it sparked. Now my dome lights don't work. This red wire, see, I don't know whether or not its supposed to be there. It was tied underneath and twisted over this 1 terminal that another circuit wire plugs into; to be specific, there is a cube-like or rectangular piece of plastic that acts as a plug for this split pair of wires, and connects to these 2 terminals. Well, the terminal closest to the on/off switch is the one where this weird red wire is. I pulled that out to get the dome light off, and it touched something on there and it sparked.
I've tried 3 separate times to connect the light, and it still doesn't work. I definitely connected everything back the same way because I video taped it! I use an L.E.D. wafer for the bulb for both of my dome lights.
I've checked all the fuses that I could, and found nothing blown. I am not sure that I checked them all. but I don't have the fuse box diagram and I need it.
I have a 1998 Honda Civic EX coupe.
Please help me and find a diagram for my specific year/make/model.

If you can suggest how to re-wire the circuit, I'll do it. All I know right now is that I need a fuse in the circuit, connect positive battery to negative on light, and connect negative battery to positive of light, then make sure it's grounded with the built-in grounded screw heads in my frame that the light attaches to.
Crap guess what else? I just checked my car, and I found out that both my dash lights (for rpm's and acelleration, gas meter, ect) and my low beam on my right side headlight, are OUT. The high beams work for both headlights though...........
Anyways yeah. Dome lights, dash lights, and 1 right low beam headlight are OUT because of me sparking 1 little stupid wire.

7.5 amp FUSE under hood was the problem. It's labeled "INTERIOR LIGHTS". My interior lights work now!!!
Listen, still, my low beam is messed up, and my dash lights are still messed up. My radio and A/C lights are ON and work. My "SRS" and other misc lights DO turn on.
I can't figure this out other than maybe I blew my front right low beam light and also I blew the other lights?! That's all I can think right now.
