I want to know if you are able to lift up the backseat of a '98 Civic. If you pull on it a little bit it wiggles up and down just enough that I can look under it and it seems as though it's just a latch holding it down. The reason I ask is because the carpet is starting to come out from underneath it and it looks like crap.
