On my wife's Windstar the horn and cruise control stopped working checked the fuses and relays and cant seem to find the problem the air bag light came on too it seems like everything on the steering wheel doesn't work so starting to wonder if its in the steering column is there any way to test and diagnose the cause thanks. Please refrain from snotty comments about replacing it and just answer the question posted thanks.
