1998 ford windstar heat and air only blow thru the defrost vent..how can i

look behind a/c control panel one of the switch brackets that controls the dampers has come loose
 
solve this issue without expensive? it blows very good it just wont open any vents..looked under hood did not see any loose vacuum hoses..also lokked for blend door thingy could not locate it
