1998 Ford Explorer repairs needed?

I'm not really good with cars at all but basically the repair man said the passenger front side tire and some upper and lower arms and the axle need to be repaired. I'm just wondering if anyone has an idea of how much it would cost to fix the front right side of my Explorer.
 
try taking estimates from different mechanics, but be sure the guy has a history of tackling ford jeeps. If you really want to be sure, learn a little bit about the suspension and wheel system, then go for estimates.

A junk yard can have a lot of original parts for peanuts.
