1998 dodge stratus question?

I have a turbocharged 1998 2.4 L 16 valve DOHC 4 cylinder Dodge Stratus. Is this the one made in Mexico with 168 hp and 293Nm torque?
 
There is a little tag in the inside door panel of the driver side. If you open the driver door from the outside of the car and look either on the actual door (side) or the frame inside there will be a sticker that has the vin # and stuff like the paint codes and such. This tag will tell you which country your car was made in.
 
dodge has a reputation for making horrible vehicles, their diesel cummins are awesome, but just the engines, not the trucks...
