...cool to the toch after driving? After replacing the water pump 5 months ago I have little heat from he vents and the truck is running too cool? Replaced the thermostat twice with a 195 degree and still not fixed. The top of the radiator is cool to the touch after driving 15 miles and when I open the cap it is barely a hiss. It's just not getting hot?
