1998 dodge ram obd2 0 faults 2 inc 4 ready means?

the obd2 read 4 ready and 2 inc the book had nothing about what that means it also said 0 faults but the truck will run for about 5 minutes then stall Anyone versed in how i can tell whats wrong and what i need to do to change the 2 inc to ready? those were the only things different on the obd2 when i tried it on a stable 1996 ram The 96 said 6 ready and 0 inc
