use a hydraulic bottle jack and piece of wood to lift it with ,this way you,ll have more room to work because the bottle jack doesn't get in the way,once you get it high enough just remove the old one and replace it with the new one,be sure though that the wood is under the strongest part of the oil pan,other wise you,ll put a big dent in it,good luck.
