I had my P/S pump replaced about a month ago. Now my pulley is biting into the mount and the belt has come off. The tensioner was replaced about a year ago and see no problems with this. It was not doing this before the pump replacement. I have been looking around and all that I have found is that it most likely was torqued wrong. So that is my question, "Could the shop have torqued the pulley wrong while replacing the pump?"
