Well i have a 1998 dodge neon.. And for some reason the right blinker will not work when the lights are on.. It just stays on and it won't change even when the blinker lever is in the middle, However the left blinker works.. Then when i turn off my lights the right blinker will work but it makes all my other lights blink too and it makes my cluster lights flash as the blinker is flashing.. No fuses are blown.. I replaced the relay (The thing that goes tic-tic-tic when the blinker is on, Little black box) I also went and got a new blinker lever and everything from a junk yard and i also got the light switch.. Tried both and nothing worked? It will work sometimes the way it's supposed to but as time goes on it sticks more and more.. Please help this is my only vehicle and i can't drive when my blinker doesn't work right.. Thanks so much!!
