1998 Dodge Interpid want start. 2.7 engine?

I check the ignition switch, starter solenoid, park swicth and the engine still want start. I bought a manual and check the wiring all wires looked good , ground wire is good. The only thing left is the PCM . If so how do you know that's what it is.
