1998 Dodge Durango Heater not woking properly?

My 98 dodge durango heater is not working properly. All that is coming out is luke-warm air. I have flushed the heater core & replaced the thermostat aswell as heater hose. The heater is working better now but not as it should. I think that there may be a flow problem with the rad but I am not sure. any ideas?
