1998 Dodge Dakota 4x4 Question?

I've got a 98 Dakota 4x4, it's an auto with the 3.9 V6. I've had trouble with a roaring noise and a vibration at certain speeds (45-50 and 65+). Today, I replaced a driver side front wheel bearing and tie rod ends, and rotated the tires as the driver side front was cupping pretty badly, as well as the shocks on both sides because they were toast. The truck now needs an alignment which will get done first thing monday morning. I also replaced a bent drive shaft, given it a tune up, and replaced the rear end fluid and gasket. The noise has gotten a tad quieter and the vibration has gotten a little lighter, but it's still there. Could the alignment be the issue? I also know that the cupped tire will make a little noise until it wears down even. Is there anything else that could be causing this vibration and roaring, or could it just be that tire and the alignment? Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
