How much would it cost for a mechanic to repair an exhaust leak near the header and the engine, i just need a general price. I am not sure if it is on the header of near it.

about $100 to $150 normally

take it to your local garage they can look at it and tell you where the leak is and give you a free quote....most places will give you a free quote just call around and ask

it can get rather expensive quick. especially if where you live gets snow. just a rough estimate would be anywhere from $300-$600 and that is if all you need is gaskets. Now if the Manifolds are junk expect more.

Depends on what is causing the leak as well as what the shop rates are and any parts you may need . How long is a piece of string ? and will it reach the other side of the pond?
