1998 chevy monte carlo fuel system?

I Have a 98 Chevy Monte Carlo and what happened was the frame under the motor fell down on the Passenger side and the alternator cut some wires on the main harness so i fixed everything and went to turn the car on it turns over fine but there is no fuel moving if i put a jumper wire to the fuel pump it turns on but i don't have any power to the injectors i don't even have power to my fuel gauge that stays at full tank so my question is could the security or anti theft system turned on or something if so how do i reset that or any ideas
 
That's not security, you still got a wire broken somewhere or other. Look for power at terminal 30 on the fuel pump relay. If there is none, start at the battery and trace the wires. Get a good diagram. good luck.
