I have a 1998 Cadillac Deville its overheating....I found that the fans in the front that keeps the engine cool are not working. How can I fix this? Is this an electric problem? Is this why my car is overheating? Can someone tell me step by step how to repair this my self and how much this will cost? This is my only car and I really need help!
