When I put my car into drive (any gear, it only happens when I am at a complete stop) the engine drops a little in rpm, and the car wont push itself forward like it should. I have to push down the gas until the rpm gets to about 1500 and then it shifts harshly into drive, making a loud sound as if the gear is hitting hard on something. Does anyone have any diagnosis?
