1997 Lexus ES 300 Start up problem?

i have a 1997 Lexus ES300 that has 190,000 miles. i bought it when it had 120,000 miles on it. The only thing ive done to the car was do oil changes. The car runs fine but on occasions, but the car would have a hard time starting up. I would turn the key and the car would start but dies off quickly.( it takes me 3 times turning the key to finally start the car). So do anyone know whats wrong with it?
