I have a 1997 Jeep Wrangler and the wipers do not work anymore. It is not a bad fuse because the motor keeps blowing the 20 amp fuse. Could it be a bad motor? Thanks
if you keep blowing the fuse you have a short some where or a short to ground some where. This could be in the switch, the wiring, or the motor. try unpluging your wiper motor and powering it strait off of your battery with a fusible link. if the fuse in your fusible link blows, then you got a bad motor, if not probably somewhere in the wiring make sure you use a 20 amp fuse in your fusible link
un plug the motor then put in the fuse turn on the key check the fuse turn off the key plug in the motor turn on the key check the fuse Again,if it blows when you plug it in it may have a short then ohm check it
