Okay, as you saw by the tittle of the question, I have a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Before any of you cuss-words put "Get a new car" in the answers, I am, but not until 2011. Now my glove box (above the passenger seat) is stuck, and I have important papers and registration in it. I don't feel comfortable driving it until I know if I get pulled over I will be able to give the officer my information. I've tried prying it open, even tried locking it and then prying it open, and nothing works. I will bang against it to see if anything is stuck on the latching mechanism and NOTHING IS. So can someone simply give me some advice to how I can gain access to my car's glove box in the easiest way possible that keeps my car all in one peace and doesn't prevent me from putting any parts back to their original place.
