my 1997 jeep grand cherokee is ideling up then down when in park but it has to get a little warmed up then it starts doing it .. i noticed my evap canister is making a knocking noise so i am assuming it is not working correctly would this make my jeep idle high then back down.. my jeep has also been slow to start any ideas on these two issues thank you for the help i recently posted issues and there were very helpful tips .. thanks to any one who can help me
