My 1997 jeep cherokee isn't starting it is turning over but not turning on. Many things have already been replaced like the alternator, starter, neutral safety switch, and the battery is about a year old. Originally thought that it was the battery but had the battery tested and it is fine. What could this be? It was down pouring this morning so not sure if that could have something to do with it.
After I put the battery back in, it started once fine and normal then I shut it off again to make sure. Following this it didn't start twice then started after holding the key for a while longer, but now it was very weak sounding and shaky.
Any ideas? could this be because it is not getting enough fuel to the engine?
