1997 honda prelude 18x8 RIMS AND TIRE question?

I have just bought 18x8 with a 35-45 offset for my 1997 honda prelude. I told the rim guy that would be to big but he argued and thought different, Of course i listened to a proffesional and got it anyways, It is rubbing like crazy.

I have tried rolling the fenders to the max it is still rubbing.

Question is can I buy something lilke a camber kit to reduce the tires and rims sticking out so much

Please help
