1997 Honda Accord with 388,000KM worth it?

I saw a ad for 97 honda accord with 388KM on the body but the engine has been replaced and has 95KM on it. The person wants $1800 CDN for it, is it worth it? There has only been 1 owner on the car and it was mostly highway kms, no rust at all. I don't want to buy it and end up spending more on it for repairs, how much for life does the accord have?
 
You'll most likely have some repairs that will exceed the price of the car. Its a honda and will be better than the rest but that's a ton of use and its 12 years old now. The price does reflect the down sides so it seems fair. If you buy the car take it to a trusted mechanic and have him look over the car for parts that need to be replace and replace them ASAP so you don't end up on the side of the road.
