1997 Honda Accord Starting Issues?

I removed the gas tank to repair a leak. After putting it back on I now have trouble starting it. It takes a while to start and sputters when started initally. After a 5 minutes of warming up it runs fine, but when it cools run into the same starting issue. Any help would be appreciated
