I'm trying to remove the bumper from my accord, i've taken off all the bolts it says to in the repair manual as far as i can tell, but i still can't get it off. there are little plastic screws under the headlights that look like they need to come off, but that would require removing the headlights, which they say requires removing the bumper.. I'm stuck i don't where to go from here.
