S Stephen Active member Jan 22, 2011 #1 I have a 1997 Ford Ranger 4.0L V6 and i recently put in a flowmaster 50 series muffler. I now hear a rattle when im in drive but idleing. Any suggestions of what the problem may be and what a solution could be?
