1997 FORD F150 rear breaks are Locking up... What to do?

I have a 1997 for f150 and my rear breaks locjed up and i took off my drums and add justed them and out it back together. It worked fine for a day then they loced up again. i took it back apart and did the same thing right away they locked back up. I have used my parking brake recently but the cable is loose so a dont think its my parking break locking up. What does anyone think it is?
 
well my guess would adjuster working to much can get rid of that part that adjust the teeth the cable you can unhook or the lever possible adjuster just wore out
