my inspection failed because of code p1538.which is intake runner control stuck open.i have been calling mechanics about this problem.but they all say they want to charge me for hooking it up to the diagnostic,because they dont know what the real proplem is.are they just trying to charge me more for that test.or could it be another proplem making the engine light come on.pain need the engine light to go off for inspction.any one had this code and had another propblem beside what the code read.help.thanks
